Community Institute for Career Advancement (CICA) was a subsidiary division of First Occupational Center of New Jersey, which initially provided state approved vocational evaluation services to client of The First Occupational Center of NJ.
In 2011, CICA became an independent corporation , providing vocational assessments, vocational counseling, career exploration, and job placement services. CICA provides consultation services to other agencies in establishing return-to-work programs in the community.
CICA also has a building services division which provides high quality commercial cleaning services to local businesses and government agencies.
